Mr. Gallo is an Attorney engaged in the practice of Law in New York and New Jersey since 1982, concentrating in the areas of Real Estate Law, Real Estate Development, New Construction, Mortgage Lending and Title Insurance Law. He graduated from St John’s University with a Bachelor of Science (“Dean’s List”), majoring in Accounting and Political Science. Also, he received his Juris Doctorate (“Cum Laude”) from Pepperdine University School of Law. He was further awarded a Master of Laws (“LL.M.”) in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Mr. Gallo Lectures regularly to the New York State Bar Association, the Queens County Bar Association, the Richmond County Bar Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association, the New York City Arbitrators Association, the Schenectady County Bar Association, the Housing Court Judges of the Civil Court: City of New York, the St John’s University School of Law, Continuing Legal Education Program on Real Estate Law, the Title and Transfer Committee of the New York State Bar Association and the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR). Furthermore, he is the Chairman of the annual St John’s University School of Law Real Estate Law CLE Weekend, which is an intensive, annual real estate law 16 CLE which he has chaired for the past seven (7) years, and continues to do so annually, to a sold-out auditorium of Attorney/Practitioners. Further, he has been, and continues to be, called upon, and is regularly retained by real estate litigation attorneys to testify as an expert on matters involving Real Estate Law, Title Insurance Law and New Construction Law. Mr. Gallo serves as Chairman of the Richmond County Bar Association: Real Estate Committee, he further serves as the Liaison for the Richmond County Bar Association to the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR). Mr. Gallo served as Chairman of the University of Pennsylvania Parents Council from 2008-2012.
